All it took was one comment from my mom to send me over the edge...

"IN MY HEAD? YOU'RE KIDDING ME."

Seven years of chronic pain after a life-altering injury, five years of trying every medical solution to cure it, four years of over-exercising and under-eating to cope, and basically zero improvement to show for it...and my mom's sitting here telling me this might be "in my head?"

Well, I went to a therapist just to "see" if it would help, and turns out...she was right.
(as moms tend to be now and then!)

This pivotal moment redirected my focus from looking outside of myself for answers to discovering what I needed *within* myself to overcome patterns keeping me from...

mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically reaching my potential.

After spending nearly a decade trying to find the answers for my pain and dissatisfaction, I woke up when I discovered that we individually hold SO much more power to create our reality than we are led to believe.

Not only that, but the connection between the mind and the body is so dynamic and powerful, that if we master the art and science of influencing this mind-body intelligence, we truly become unstoppable. My mind was blown when I learned that stress was at the root of all my challenges in life, and that this stress was directly caused by living out of alignment with my authenticity. I'm here to teach you Self-Mastery by unbecoming who you were told to be, embodying who you're meant to be, recalibrating your mind-body patterns to be limitless, and realigning your life with this truest version of you and all you're capable of.

It all began as...

a Dance Major and member of the Michigan Dance Team at the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!). Dancing 24/7 under major stress caused my hip labral tear, bringing my dance-centric identity into question for the first time in my life.

And then I...

which led me to feeling...

And finally I...

got hip surgery, but my pain turned chronic. I focused all my time and energy into getting my Master's in Occupational Therapy. I was SUPER successful on the outside, broken and lost on the inside.

unfulfilled and pain-ridden in my 9-5 OT job, I got injured at work and had a 3-month leave that was the biggest blessing in disguise. It was the first time in life I paused and decided I needed to make the change I wanted to see in my life happen.

realized that I wasn't made to follow the status quo. I knew I was meant for more. I resigned from my OT job, launched my coaching business, self-healed my chronic pain, expanded what I ever believed possible for myself, and never looked back.
