a self-awareness tool, informed by both scientific and spiritual frameworks, that labels and defines the evolutionary patterns of human behavior we contain in our genes, which helps us shift our default survival responses shaping our lives into patterns that help us thrive.
In Atlas of the Heart, renowned researcher & author Brené Brown goes on further to explain how language is tool we take for granted. She states how language can open up entire universes for us, because without access to the right words, our ability to make sense of our experiences & connect with others about them is severely limited. This is why The Gene Keys system is a secret weapon when it comes to creating change in your life, as it provides a whole language to name and understand the patterns behind what you do and why you do it.
